RETURNS
  • Return Policy
  • The cost of shipping to return an item will be covered by the customer. 
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. We are unable to accept returns made after 10days.
  • All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging in new, unwashed, unused condition to receive credit. Items also cannot smell of smoke or be covered in pet hair.
  • Returns will be inspected and processed within 5 days of receipt.
  • If return is due to an error on our part a refund of the return shipping will be issued.
  • If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING, your refund will be amount paid minus our original shipping expense. 
  • Orders that did not qualify for FREE SHIPPING will be refunded the item's purchase price minus actual shipping expense.
  • Refunds will be given in the original form of payment, if possible. After 60 days we are unable to electronically credit your credit/debit card.
  • Clearance items are non-refundable. 
  • We do NOT charge a restocking or handling fee (unless you fail to meet our policies, see below)
  • We do NOT provide return shipping labels unless return is due to our error.
  • Orders returned as RETURN TO SENDER or refused upon delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and deduction of shipping charges paid.
  • Orders returned as undeliverable address will incur additional shipping fees to be re-shipped or a 20% restocking fee and deduction of shipping charges paid to cancel order.
